About Bull Grills & Spas

Carddine, Inc. DBA [Bull Grills & Spas (“BGS”)] provides premium outdoor living products and services, including BBQ grills, outdoor kitchens, hot tubs, and related accessories.

Important Notice

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MUST REVIEW THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY, INCLUDING THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW, BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM.

Acceptance of Terms

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE GOVERN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. CAPITALIZED TERMS HAVE THE DEFINITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR ACCESSING OR USING ANY OF THE PLATFORM AND/OR SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, (2) YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH BGS, (3) THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FOR THE PLATFORM/SERVICES IS TRUE, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE, AND (4) YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF THE BUSINESS ENTITY YOU HAVE NAMED AS THE USER, AND TO BIND THAT BUSINESS ENTITY TO THE AGREEMENT.

Refusal of Terms

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM AND/OR CREATE A PLATFORM ACCOUNT, AND/OR USE OR ACCESS THE PLATFORM. YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED AND CONSENTED TO THESE TERMS IF YOU DO ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE FOREGOING ACTS. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL PREVAIL.

Changes to Terms

BGS reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the updated Terms.

Returns/Refunds Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds are less shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20%. No returns on Grills or Components.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The exceptions to the above are Non-Returnable items due to the nature of the products. These items can not be returned for a refund: Portable spa/hot tub units, Spa covers, filter cartridges that is used or has been wet, spa equipment packs, heaters and any electrical items (such as circuit boards, spa control panels, contactors, switches, sensors, transformers, pumps and motors). Manufacturer's warranty still apply and can be returned for warranty only. Maximum manufacturer's warranty on electronics is 6 months.

Shipping

Orders placed after 11 am (PST) will not ship until the next business day. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Most products will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Any orders placed over the weekend including holidays will not ship out until the next business working day.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Messaging Terms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 (760) 539-9449. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
